These terms concern use of the COSRAM Solutions LLC website. The website describes software engineering services for businesses. Any professional engagement requires a separate agreement.
Information about our services
The website provides general information to help you decide whether to discuss a project with COSRAM Solutions LLC. Descriptions of capabilities are not a quotation, an offer to enter a contract, or a promise of a particular result, delivery date or availability.
Inquiries and engagements
Submitting an inquiry does not create a services contract or oblige either party to proceed. Any engagement requires a separate agreement covering the scope, deliverables, fees, payment, timing, responsibilities, intellectual property, confidentiality and any support arrangements. Services are delivered remotely unless otherwise agreed. Any project-specific requirements concerning access, working locations, security or personal data must be agreed as part of that engagement. The agreement for the engagement governs that work.
Experience and examples
The experience described includes earlier employment and independent contracting engagements as well as work through COSRAM. It does not mean that every engagement was contracted through the LLC. Examples describe professional contributions and do not imply sole authorship, client endorsement or permission to disclose confidential project information.
Messages and confidential information
Provide accurate contact details and only information you are entitled to share. A brief description of the work is enough for an initial inquiry. If more detailed or confidential material is needed, agree appropriate confidentiality arrangements and a suitable exchange method with us first.
Use of website content
You may read, link to and share the website for legitimate business evaluation, provided you do not misrepresent its content or imply endorsement. Rights in text, branding and other materials remain with their respective owners. Permission to review the site does not grant rights to use COSRAM branding to market your own services or imply an association.
